Immersive Learning for a Local Clean Energy Future.
We’re on a mission to help talented professionals get hands-on skills to join the clean energy economy
Our fellowship matches professionals and graduate students with neighborhood solar companies.
Fellows get on-the-ground experience in renewables, while helping a small business grow its community impact.
Looking for a job in renewables?
The EC fellowship could be for you.
-
Our program gets you in-person with a solar developer to experience the ins and outs of the business and explore where your skills can add value, all while discovering a new community in your region.
-
Each fellowship has a skill-specific impact project to ensure you add value during your experience.
-
Fellowships can be 2-8 weeks, and structured as a hybrid model for those who can’t be in person the entire time. To maximize the accessibility of this program, the EC fellowship aims to be free of cost.
-
Whether you’re looking for your next corporate role, or hoping to start something new, the EC fellowship helps you stand out from the pack with on-the-ground experience and perspective.
